• This competition is run by Caple, Fourth way, Bristol, BS11 8DW. 

• The competition will close 7th January at 12pm. Any entries after this date will not be counted.

• Each account tagged is the equivalent of one entry. The more accounts tagged, the greater chance you have of winning. Add the Caple competition post to your story for an additional entry. Each story counts as one entry. 

• Prizes won cannot be altered or exchanged.

• Entrants must be 18 or over.

• Competition is not open to Caple employees.

• The prize cannot be transferable to another person.

• You will be notified via social media within 72 working hours of the closing date and time, via the @capleuk Instagram account only. If we receive no correspondence from the chosen winner within a week, another winner will be chosen at random.

• If any advertised prize is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize for equal or greater value.

• Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you when you enter.

• We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Caple reserve the right to amend the competition date at any time. If we do this, we will publish amended competition rules across our social platforms.

• Entrants must be UK residents only.

• The £3000 Caple voucher to spend online at www.caple.co.uk must be redeemed within 12 months of the date it was issued. For the £300 Marks & Spencers vouchers, please refer to their T&Cs. Please note this may vary to Caple T&Cs.
